Returns and Exchange Policy

• You are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition.
• Items must have all original tags attached.
• We do not offer a free return or exchange service.
• We do not refund delivery costs.
• We will refund the cost of the item(s) returned via the method of payment used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be processed.
• For Faulty or Damaged items these can be returned by contacting us at office@bmwcarclubgb.co.uk
• This does not effect your statutory rights.
