My size isn’t showing as in stock?
Out of stock sizes may be able to be ordered direct from our supplier. Please contact the office for further information.
Can I individually customize my item?
Most of our items are able to be individually customised e.g. instead of MPower you may wish to have your Region. Contact the office to discuss any customised personalisation.
Ordering the correct size:
Most of the clothing items will have a ‘size guide’ in the description to assist you. If you have any questions please get in touch with the office.
Can I order an item as a gift?
Yes. If you wish the item to be sent as a gift please add a note to your order. Also please allow 10 working days for any gift purchase.
Most of our items are sent out within 5 working days via Royal Mail or Hermes but please allow up to 10 working days. Personalised Items can take up to 14 working days. If an item isn’t in stock we will order and arranged for it to be shipped to you direct from our supplier.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date shown on the delivery note enclosed in your parcel. Items must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition. Items must have all original tags attached. Once the item(s) are received by us we will issue a refund to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be processed.
- You can return your Item(s) via any carrier. Please obtain proof of postage from the carrier.
- We always advise to use a tracked service for returns as we will not be held liable for any missing returns.
Do you offer a free returns service?
We do not offer a free return or exchange service. We do not refund return costs.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
For damaged or faulty goods please contact the office at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return and a full refund.
