Our subscription is mainly a magazine subscription, and is not covered by the distance selling regulations, so please be aware that only in exceptional circumstances will we agree to refund a subscription.

If we do, it will be a good will action on our part, and will be conditional on the fact that you have not purchased any goods or services at a discount due to you being a member.

You agree:

That you will treat other members and staff with respect at all times.

To being contacted by our office staff via e-newsletter, email, phone & mail to enable them to carry out their work with respect to the club. This may take the form of email, telephone or text, and mostly will be to inform you of events and information that we think would be of interest to you as a club member. We will collect your first name, surname, postal address, contact telephone number, email address, vehicle details and DOB (optional), this information is securely processed at our club office. Your details will be held for a maximum of 4 months once your membership has expired for our office staff to contact you for membership renewal via email, text or telephone. Once membership has expired you may contact us to remove all details we hold for you.

On our part, we will never disclose your contact details without your permission to any outsiders, other than to our service providers who are working on the club’s behalf, who also follow strict GDPR guidelines and on a need to know only basis. They will not contact you or give your information to others. The information in this case will only be used for analysis purposes, and will not include your names, email address, telephone or full addresses.

You may use the website as often as you like, but must not re-produce any documents or images without first asking permission, as most of it is subject to copyright.
