A new event on our calendar, albeit well established and taking place on the same weekend as the now-cancelled Sommerfest – 15th & 16th June, open to the public at 10:00 so we will need to be there for 09:00 to set up our display.

It is by individual entry, but if we can get 10 cars then we can have an allocated pitch. Cornwall Region will be joining us.

It is taking place at Plymstock Albion Oaks Rugby Football Club, Horsham Playing Fields, Wembury Road, Staddiscombe, Plymouth, PL9 0DF. The organisers have advised that:

“There is no limit to the number of cars that the club can enter the show, just let us know if you expect more than 10 cars as we can reserve an area for you. There is no age limit for exhibits.

The £5 ticket price covers the car and its driver, an additional £5 per person is required for anyone else in the vehicle, under 16’s are free. There is a facility to pay on the gate on the day, either card or cash.”

I AM SEEKING CLARIFICATION FROM THE ORGANISERS TO ESTABLISH WHETHER THE TICKETS COVER ONE OR BOTH DAYS.
