UPDATE 17/6/23 – The vehicle passes etc. have now been received. For those who requested that their pass be sent out to them, they will be posted out next week. For everyone else, their vehicle and camping passes will be available at the next pub meet at the Swans Nest, Exminster, on Thursday 29th June.

The Club has attended this event for many years and it is always a good weekend. Any offers of help to set up and/or take down the stand will be much appreciated.

We have already confirmed that we will be attending as a Club and will be hosting some Cornwall Region members on the Saturday and Western Region members on the Sunday.

The cost for exhibitors is £17.00 which covers either or both days for a car and driver plus one passenger. Please note, if your require your pass(es) to be posted out to you please add another £1.00 to cover P&P. Please contact me on devon@bmwcarclubgb.co.uk to express interest in attending, on which day(s) and/or to arrange payment.

As Chair, I will be collating the bookings and taking payments but am attaching the paperwork for your information – please note the Conditions of Entry. BMW Car Club GB members are covered by the Club’s Public Liability Insurance at this event.

PLEASE NOTE: The organisers are not offering refunds, so if you book and pay and are subsequently unable to attend then it will be up to you to find someone to pass your ticket on to.
