Sunday 24th March 10:00am will be our first run of the year.
Our route starts at Scotch Corner Southbound at the Travelodge hotel car park. (Depart 10:00am prompt) and takes us to England’s highest pub, The Tan Hill Inn for a brief tea and cakes stop.
We then have a couple of viewpoints to take in at the Buttertubs Pass and Ribblehead Viaduct before stopping for a light lunch at the Wensleydale Creamery café. Reservations can not be made for the café. The café has plenty of seating, but it can get busy so you may wish to take a picnic. (An alternative would be the café at Aysgarth Falls) Leaving the creamery we head for home, where you may wish to visit the magnificent Aysgarth falls on your way.
