If you are looking for an original, immaculate, untouched, unrestored and low mileage E30, this is the car for you.
H904 FDP was purchased by Mrs. S. Manik and first registered on 1st August 1990 at BMW Altwood Slough. Mrs. S. Manik owned her pride and joy until I purchased it from her in April 2018 having been cosseted all this time, with only 29,000 miles on the clock.
The car was stored in a garage the entire time and Mrs. S. Manik informed me that if she had used the car when it was wet, upon returning home and putting the car back in the garage, she’d cover the car with a cotton cover to absorb all the water. Mrs. S. Manik had put lamb wool covers on all the seats and this was only removed when I took ownership, the result is an interior that is literally as close to new as I can possibly describe, with no rips or tears and a dashboard with absolutely no cracking or discolouration.
The car currently has 30,459 miles on the clock. Since purchasing the car in April 2018, I have given the car the continued love and attention, changing all the fluids and filters and cambelt and any other components where necessary. I put four new tyres on just this summer as the car was still retaining the originals after 31 years! Throughout my time of ownership, the car has been stored away and I have serviced the car annually regardless of use.
Being a true BMW addict and BMW UK Car Club member, I cannot emphasise enough just how original this particular E30 is. The interior still has the original carpet mats which are all unworn and have never had use, having been protected their entire life with an additional set of rubber overmats. The steering wheel still has its bobble texture and is grippy to hold and is unworn. Moving to the clock and radio, both of which work perfectly and the radio is completely original, a Pioneer. The entire car still wears its original paintwork, right down to the various metal clips, brackets and fixings that all still have the yellow zinc lustre just as if it were new. All the chrome is bright and clear and has not become dull and milky looking. The glass on the car is scratch-free and all original BMW stamped. All the wheels still have the original metal tyre valve caps and the car still wears the original Altwood Slough number plates, dealer stickers and matching tax disc holder. The car comes complete with an entire set of keys, complete with original Altwood key rings which again are as close to new as possible. All owners manuals, leaflets and literature are in the original BMW owners wallet, again as new. I have an entire file filled with documentation and receipts.
The engine bay of this particular car is something very special. I have spent hours and hours of cleaning and detailing to get it looking like this. It is certainly worthy to show and always amazes people when they see it.
The boot is also untouched and everything in here is rust-free and completely original. The first aid kit has never been opened and still wears the original plastic wrapping. The tool kit is entirely complete and again has seen no use. No tools are suffering from surface corrosion as you would usually see and everything is in the correct place as one would expect. Both of these features can be seen in the photos.

It goes without saying that this car drives, stops and runs perfectly as one would expect from such a low mileage original example. It is ready to be shown or tucked away and stored in a collection.
The car was MOT’d this year on 15 July and had a pass straight away with no advisories at all. In fact, for as long as I can tell, this car has never had any MOT advisory. This is incredible for a vehicle that is now 31 years old.
I cannot emphasise enough just how wonderful this E30 is and examples like this are only getting more and more of a rarity. Whilst I know this is not the cheapest E30 out there, it really is one of the best and I believe cars like this do not come up for sale often. Viewing is highly recommended and I am sure you will be just as amazed by this example as I am.
The only reasons for the sale of this magnificent car are due to a house purchase and getting married.
