Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased from www.bmwcarclubgb.uk/sommerfest
What time do display cars need to arrive?
Between 7.30am until 10.00am.
When do display tickets end?
Display tickets end midnight 31st May.
Can I display if I purchased a general ticket online or paying for a ticket on the gate?
Yes. All BMWs on the day can display, whether you booked a general ticket online or purchasing a ticket on the gate.
Have display passes been sent out?
Yes. All display passes have now been sent out by post and email. If you cannot locate your tickets, please email events@msv.com
I want to camp but forgot to select a camping pass, how do I book camping?
Please visit https://oultonpark.msv.com/OP-23-BMW/Camping and select your camping ticket. You must still check out at the end, even though camping is free.
I run an individual BMW club, can I book a display stand?
Unfortunately display stand bookings have now closed.
Can I use a BBQ in the display area?
No. Please only use a BBQ in the campsite area if you have booked a camping pitch.
