Calling all Sharknose Owners…

We’re delighted to tell you that we’ll be marking 50 years since the introduction of the E3 and E9 in the UK on the weekend of 22nd and 23rd of June this year.

To help us do this, we have a team of cars and drivers coming over from the German E3 Club to join us in our celebrations and we’d be delighted if as many of you as possible could join us. We’re delighted to extend this invitation to all Sharknose Register owners – as many M30 engines as possible in one place can only be a good thing.

The outline plan for the weekend is as follows:

Saturday 22 June: We’ll meet near Bicester Heritage and then conduct a road trip through the beautiful Cotswold countryside, stopping off along the way to enjoy some coffee and cake, a visit to a classic car specialist, lunch in a traditional setting and another event in the afternoon. We’re in the final stages of planning and booking for this, so times and specific activities will be sent out as soon as possible.

Sunday 23 June: We will descend en masse on the Bicester Heritage Super Scramble event, and group together what we hope will be the largest concentration of Sharknose BMWs that we’ve seen in the UK for a very long time. For those of you who have never visited, Bicester Heritage is a great day out and there is much to see and do. A discount code is available to ensure your BMW gets on the club stand, be quick as tickets are expected to sell out and tickets will not be available on the gate.
Discount code can be found in the club newsletter, June issue of Straight Six, or by clicking here. (Please log in)
