UPDATE 1/7/24 – THE VEHICLE PASSES AND WRISTBANDS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO THOSE ATTENDING.

Our local big event of the year returns on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th of July in the stunning setting of the grounds of Powderham Castle. Let us hope that the weather is kinder than in 2023.

We will be attending as a club and I have requested the same pitch and capacity as last year. The tickets are £17 which covers 1 car, 1 driver and 1 passenger for either or both days. Camping for the Friday and Saturday night is £40 including entrance.

It will be open to the public from 10:00-17:00 so we will need to be there around 09:00 to set up the car display etc. We will try to theme our display, so please abide the request of whoever is marshalling the display.

We expect to be hosting our neighbouring Cornwall and Western Regions.

Help in setting up the marquee on Friday the 12th will be welcomed. The conditions of entry are shown below.
