We have preferential rates with Stone Manor Hotel if you wish to stay – simply state “BMW Car Club” upon booking and you will receive a discounted rate for bed and breakfast.

Judging will commence at 10.30am and we will look to complete judging by 3.00pm and announce the results along with a small, fun raffle by 4.00pm. The event will be judged using the Pride of Ownership scoring approach.

If you would like to attend, please pre-book by calling the Club Office on 01970 267 989. Entry is £10 and this is purely so that we can cover a small portion of the costs involved in running the event.

Moving forwards, we will be looking to have at least three regional concours events each year so that there is a spread across the country as well as the usual National Concours event.
