AGM 9TH MAY 2020 – POSTPONED (RE-ARRANGED DATE TBC)
You are invited to the BMW Car Club GB Annual General Meeting 9th May 2020 at Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa.
This year’s AGM will once again be held in the stunning Oxfordshire countryside at the Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa. Centrally located with easy access just off Junction 9 of M40 and under an hour away from Central London and Birmingham.
The AGM will commence at 10:00am and finish at 2:00pm. Please ensure you have your membership card with you as it will need to be shown at registration.
We politely request that members register their attendance with the office prior to the event.
The AGM is an important event in the club calendar and we really hope that you will be able to attend.
You have the opportunity to put any questions directly to the Board by submitting them to the office in writing via email to office@bmwcarclubgb.co.uk or you can send via post to BMW Car Club GB, Unit 5H Glan Yr Afon, Aberystwyth SY23 3JQ. All questions must be submitted at least 21 days prior to the date of the AGM. They will be answered by the Board member in whose area of responsibility they fall.
Copies of the Report of the 2019 AGM are available either by email or hard copy on request from the Club Office. They can also be found on our website (provided that you are logged in) under the Club/members area as a pdf document.
