Membership Queries

How do I login?

  1. In the main menu, find the ‘Login’ button
  2. Enter your email address and password and click ‘Log in’

If it the first time you’re logging into the website since the launch, you will have to reset your password here.

How do I update my account details?

  1. Visit your profile page by going to the Membership menu item and clicking on Profile. Or by visiting https://bmwcarclubgb.uk/profile/
  2. Click through the different tabs to update Membership, Region and Vehicles
  3. Click ‘Save’

How do I renew my membership?

  1. In the main menu, go to ‘Membership’
  2. Click on ‘Renew’
  3. Check your details are correct and update if necessary
  4. Enter your credit/debit card details or choose Direct Debit
  5. Click ‘Renew’
  6. If you prefer to renew over the phone, please call 01970 267 989 and out office staff will be pleased to assist you.

How do I change my password?

  1. View your profile by going to ‘Membership’ and ‘Profile or by visiting https://bmwcarclubgb.uk/profile/
  2. Under ‘Contact Info’ click ‘Change Password’
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions

How do I unsubscribe from emails communications?

  1. View your profile at https://bmwcarclubgb.uk/profile/
  2. Click on ‘Membership’
  3. Find the heading ‘Receive general club email communications’ and select ‘No’
  4. Click ‘Save’

How do I change what email communications I receive?

  1. View your profile at https://bmwcarclubgb.uk/profile/
  2. Click on ‘Membership’
  3. Find the heading ‘Interests’ and remove any interests you no longer want to receive communications about by clicking the (x), and add any from the drop-down menu
  4. Click ‘Save’

Can I receive multiple region communications?

  1. View your profile at https://bmwcarclubgb.uk/profile/
  2. Click on ‘Region’
  3. Find the heading ‘Receive region email communications’ and remove any regions you no longer want to receive communications about by clicking the (x), and add any other regions from the drop-down menu
  4. Click ‘Save’

Can I list multiple cars in my membership profile?

  1. Yes you can! View your profile at https://bmwcarclubgb.uk/profile/
  2. Click on ‘Vehicles’
  3. Click on ‘Add New Record’ to add your vehicle record and repeat the process if adding more
