This is an events diary for the 2025 season – VERY MUCH A DRAFT VERSION AT PRESENT! It will act as a single list of all the events that the Devon Region of the BMW Car Club GB will be organising / attending as a club along with events where we will not be attending as a club but may be of interest to members. The latter events will be noted accordingly and it will be for individual members to make the booking arrangements. Dates and details will be updated as they are confirmed by the organisers, along with being given their own dedicated event on the Events page if needed.

Please note that where events are organised by third parties i.e. not the BMW Car Club GB or one of its Regions, the information provided below is reproduced in good faith from those external sources. Where we are not attending as a club, it is up to those interested in attending to confirm that the event(s) are going ahead as shown.

JANUARY

1st (Wednesday) New Year’s Day meet at Re;Fuel, Willand Road, Cullompton. EX15 1QP 12:00 onwards. Ticket only, obtainable through Eventbrite.

Book your ticket to enjoy the meet and explore the British Motor Museum’s collection of over 400 British cars too! Book in advance and SAVE with tickets for just £17 per adult, £9 per child, £15 per concession and £46 for a family of 4.

We anticipate high demand for these tickets and that they will sell out quickly. Don’t hesitate and miss out.

*Please note that 27 April 2025 is one of up to 5 Annual Pass Exempt Days per year. Members and Premium Members can visit for free, but annual passes and promotional vouchers are not valid for this event.

Vehicle Exhibitors

Join the vehicle display! Vehicle Exhibitor tickets cost just £17 per adult, you can also book exhibitor passenger tickets at £17 per adult and £9 per child. Tickets give admission to the meet, Museum and Collections Centre.

Anyone wanting to display or exhibit a vehicle must contact the organisers directly, to apply and be approved, before receiving a link to purchase an exhibitor ticket.

Premium Members & Members

You can visit the meet for free! Simply select your visit date and choose either the ‘Premium Members & Members’ option and follow the steps. Click here to book your ticket.

12th-13th (Saturday-Sunday) – Historic Vehicle Gathering at Powderham Castle (50th Anniversary). Attending as a club.

3rd-6th (Tuesday-Sunday) – Le Mans Classic. Car Club trip being organised by Richard Stern of the 2002 Register.

31st (Thursday) Pub meet. 19:00 for 19:30 at the Swans Nest, Station Road, Exminster, EX6 8DZ. 

AUGUST

10th? Exmouth

10th (Sunday) North Devon Festival of Transport, Bideford. Attending as a club.

21st (Thursday) – Fowey Classic Car Show and Car Parade. 

22nd-24th (Friday-Sunday – Silverstone Festival. Club Office in attendance as a national event. Watch for details on website and in Straight Six.

28th (Thursday) Pub meet. 19:00 for 19:30 at the Swans Nest, Station Road, Exminster, EX6 8DZ. 

SEPTEMBER

17th-21st (Wednesday-Sunday). Autofahrt Manx – Isle of Man Festival of Motoring. There is space for 10 Car Club entries and they are expected to be taken quickly. Visit bmwcarclubgb.uk/event/autofahrt-manx for the full itinerary and more information.

21st (Sunday) Simply BMW at Beaulieu. Club Office in attendance, organised by Wessex Region.

No pub meet this month, but watch out for details of our annual Christmas meal.
