Current Advice:

All we can do at this moment is to follow all the guidelines and urge you all to be mindful of any symptoms.

It can take 14 days for the symptoms of COVID-19 to appear.

The main symptoms to look out for are:

  • Fever (high temperature) or chills
  • A cough – this can be any kind of cough, not just dry
  • Shortness of breath
  • Breathing difficulties

Other symptoms are fatigue, headaches, sore throat, aches and pains. At the time of writing, the advice is to stay at home and self-isolate for seven days if you have any of the above symptoms.

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.

Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds, cough or sneeze in to tissues and then bin, avoid touching your face and eyes and avoid touching door handles and surfaces in public places.
