Join us on our visit to the fascinating Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) in Manchester (entry is free!), where you’ll find some amazing exhibits such as the ‘1830 Station Exhibition’, which features the world's oldest surviving passenger railway station on site where you can discover how it revolutionised the Industrial Revolution for both Manchester and the world as the first railway line between Manchester and Liverpool opened and terminated here, plus the amazing Air & Space Hall, home to some interesting full size aircraft and other exhibits.
We plan to finish our visit at 1.30pm, you have the choice to stay longer exploring the museum, or once our visit is over, you have the option of joining us for lunch in the private dining room at Dukes 92, which is literally just a block away from the museum in Castlefield.
Please meet at the entrance to the museum on Lower Byrom Street at 10.30am – there is a car park on site + plenty of on-street parking. We plan to leave the museum at 1.30pm for lunch at Dukes 92 at 2.00pm. Places for lunch are very limited so please book ASAP with Jeff - firstname.lastname@example.org
