We are cancelling this as many cannot attend due to the clash with Mother’s day. We will run it some other time instead.

We will meet at Premier Inn car park (W Auckland Rd, Bishop Auckland, DL14 9AP) at 10.30am for a 10.45am departure. We will then take a scenic route over the tops whilst enjoying the views before arriving at our stop to enjoy a Sunday lunch made with fine local produce at The Moorcock Inn, Hill Top, Eggleston. We then move on to visit The Carrosserie Company for a short tour of the classic car restoration business and chat with owner Neil. Then we head down towards the centre of Barnard Castle to test your eyesight on this leg of the journey before arriving at our final destination of Bowes Museum to park up just inside the gates for photos before heading into the museum for a look around if you wish.
