This is the events diary for the 2025 season
It will act as a single list of all the events that the Devon Region of the BMW Car Club GB will be organising / attending as a club along with events where we will not be attending as a club but may be of interest to members. Dates and details will be updated as they are confirmed by the organisers, along with being given their own dedicated event on the Events page as needed. THIS IS NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF WESTCOUNTRY EVENTS.
Please note that where events are organised by third parties i.e. not the BMW Car Club GB or one of its Regions, the information provided below is reproduced in good faith from those external sources. Where we are not attending as a club, it is up to those interested in attending to confirm that the event(s) are going ahead as shown.

Latest updates: Morwellham Quay 23rd February with placeholders for subsequent months and Haynes Breakfast Club in March and October. Potential visit to MINI factory in Oxford – website added. Darts Farm in June. More info on June Plymouth Motor Show. Currently awaiting any Re:Fuel events with a BMW slant. A few TBC events in as placeholders.

FEBRUARY
23rd (Sunday) – Cars & Coffee @ CMR at Morwellham Quay from 10:00. UPDATED 22/1/25 – This is the re-scheduled event, replacing the one that was flooded out on 5th January. Those with tickets for the January event need do nothing further and your tickets will be honoured. NOTE: No additional tickets will be made available as the January event was sold out. “Our annual two day car show is open to vintage, old classics & sport cars including high performance car rally vehicles, kit cars and modern cars of interest of all motor sport clubs and motor cycles. JULY
26th-27th July – Vintage Weekend. RHS Rosemoor EX38 8PH. Individual entry. From the website RHS Garden Rosemoor | Fun, family days out & events in North Devon / RHS: Travel back in time and enjoy a weekend of nostalgia at the Vintage Weekend, set in the beautiful gardens of RHS Garden Rosemoor.
Admire a huge and eclectic selection of classic cars, motorcycles, tractors and caravans on the rolling lawns of the arboretum and speak to the collectors who treasure them.
Have a go at 1950’s swing dancing with Neil and Kerry from ‘Step into Swing’, or kick up your heels with Rockabilly dancers Lisa and Neil.
You can even revisit a vintage childhood and enjoy family fun with Punch and Judy shows, steam rides and retro games from 10am–4pm in Lady Anne’s garden.
Dress up and you may even win the ‘Best Dressed’ prize of VIP tickets for next year’s event!
