Central/Thames/East Anglia Seaside Trip East Coast 22nd August – all Members are welcome.

Here is confirmation of the East Coast Trip’

The weather Forecast for Hunstanton 22nd August is 22/23⁰c  

So it’s the beginning of Met Office prediction of late August decent weather. As a Club we have struggled not only to get out but experience decent weather too! So here is out best chance to enjoy a great day out with likeminded people!

We Meet at Arbuckles for Coffee and Breakfast , they will open for us at 8.30am as I have booked for 20 people!

Address Stone Cross, A10, Bexwell, Downham Market PE38 0AD. Cafe is on the A10 just outside Downham Market.

If 8.30am is too early for some then arrive at 9’ish am and have a coffee or go straight to Marham (opens at 10am)

We leave Arbuckles at approx 9.40am to join up at Marham Village Car Festival at 10am

Directions to Marham from ‘Fatty’ Arbuckles :

Directions : Head south from Arbuckles towards A10, Turn left onto A10, At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Bexwell Rd/A1122, Continue to follow A1122, Turn left onto Marham Rd , Turn right onto Norwich Rd – the Norwich Rd turns slightly to the left and becomes Shouldham Rd, Continue onto The Street. Destination will be on the right The journey to Marham is only 8 miles about 12 Mi

Marham Address : Coronation Playing Field, The Street, Marham PE33 9HP Signposted on the day.

Remember we will be in Convoy Mode and will meet up with East Anglia Region Members at the show itself

At approximately 3/4pm we plan to go onto Hunstanton(only a few miles) and some no doubt may we wish to go to Cromer(about 1 hr drive)

Essentially when in Hunstanton you are free to do what you like but the following Fish and Chip places maybe worth a visit:

There are plenty more but don’t forget to book if you wish to reserve a place to sit – early!
